The Google My Business Experts
What is Google My Business?
Google My Business is your shop front on Google. It’s the big box of info that appears at the top of Google when your customers search for you. It contains everything from your address to customer reviews, as well as other important information such as your opening hours, contact details and hours your business is most likely to be busy. Mobile customers are able to call your business directly from the listing, as well as request Google to provide them with directions to your door step. Lastly, it does what Google was born to do: direct people to your website.

Google are now encouraging reviews by sending them prompts when they leave your business. If you are not managing your GMBL, then you will not be able to respond to any of these reviews, both good and bad.
Often we find that people simply don’t understand how to use
it or are worried that they are some how going to break it.
But fear not… that’s where we come in.
